TEACHING & FACILITATION / UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD
A “Herstory” of Art
A lifelong learning course exploring women artists, feminist art histories, and the politics of visibility. Delivered online with asynchronous lectures, group discussion forums, and live seminars.
One of the things that stands out about Amy is her ability to make complex concepts easy to understand. She has a talent for breaking down complex ideas and theories and her enthusiasm for the subject kept students engaged throughout… One of the very best courses I have done in Continuing Education.

ARTIST ADVISING / TAMERA AVERY
Tamera Avery
Strategic career coaching, goal setting, and curatorial writing towards the artist’s first museum exhibitions, including proposal development, museum outreach, exhibition negotiation, and supporting materials.
Within 18 months, I secured two museum exhibitions—something I never imagined possible in such a short time. Amy is a gifted writer, deeply capable, and transformative to work with.

TALKS & FACILITATION / TEDX
What does art ask of you?
A public talk exploring how what we pay attention to shapes our worldviews. Drawing on my South African background and curatorial practice, the talk considers what happens when we approach art not as passive viewers, but as active participants in meaning, dialogue, and social imagination.
